It's a nice theater upstairs, not too big just cozy, clean and new. 6 kiosks to purchase tickets as you enter. I went to watch Mission Impossible in 4DX, it's my first 4D movie. They use simulators to give the feelings. Pretty good. 20 bucks for 4D- not so bad.
The Service: Having trouble signing up their unlimited movies membership on my phone. Their staff, Tien, was super kind to assist me. Great customer service!
The Theater: Very new & well maintained theater. It's located at a newly developed beautiful plaza/center called NoHoWest. There are restaurants, shops, Trader Joes & LA Fitness.
Many outdoor seating area on the ground floor and in front of the theater.
The Parking: FREE parking in the parking structure and also some street parking along the shops.
Have to go down to the ground floor of the parking structure then take the escalator to the theater upstairs.
This is my first time here as well as my family. We parked across the street, and we didn't pay anything for it at this time. It's not busy today at 4pm on a Wednesday. The place is clean and spacious. You can purchase your tickets online or at the kiosks. There is a place where you can buy popcorn, snacks, soft drinks and also alcohol. The bathroom was clean. It appears you can order hot food and pick it up at the indicated section. We're here to see The Little Mermaid. It was pretty empty. No more than 10 people today. The chairs do recline and are a faux leather. They have wifi.
Newer theater with good sound and screens. Reclining comfy seats except for the 4dX theater which has somewhat rough motion effects that make you regret bringing a big popcorn and drink in. Maybe it's fun for some.
Usual concessions, Pepsi, luckily there's also BEER available.
Plenty of parking, currently free.
Went here for a film preview. It was great. Comfortable seats, clean, good food and great drinks selection. To be honest I didn’t know Regal was here in California as I hadn’t been to one since I lived in Florida.

This was the 1st time out to this particular Regal theater. And my 1st time to this mall since they rebuilt this mall. Very nice and very impressive!!!! I bought a Regal Unlimited pass this weekend and decided to try out the 4DX movie experience for the first time. (The unlimited pass is a pretty good buy if you like movies. Check it out if you want to know more before buying it). The theater is really top of the line. The employees are extremely nice. The 4DX was worth it if one likes a bit more of an "imersive" experience. I'm still waiting for the full blown virtual reality and/or 3D experience (I'm really hoping for those 2 sometime in the near future). But the 4DX is probably the next best thing. Overall this is a really great theatre. Definitely worth coming back to for regular and the 4DX movies
Our movie was delayed because the film before us had a fire alarm. Didn't mind the wait but wasn't noticed when I got my ticket and when told to wait outside, wasn't told when I could go back in. Would have liked more customer service in regards to the delay, but otherwise a clean and comfortable theater!
